International Patients

Care for patients coming from abroad at Yaphé Clinic

We welcome international patients seeking dermatological surgery and aesthetic dermatology treatments at Yaphé Clinic in Paris.

Care is organized in a structured and safe way, with follow-up before, during, and after the procedure, ensuring both medical safety and personalized support throughout your journey.

Remote Consultation

The first step is a video consultation with the surgeon.

It allows us to:

• assess your request
• review your medical situation and skin condition
• determine possible dermatological or surgical treatment options

Photos and medical documents may be requested before the consultation.

Initial In-Clinic Consultation (Mandatory)

Before scheduling any procedure, it is essential that each patient is seen at least once in person at the clinic.

This in-person consultation allows:

• a complete clinical examination
• precise evaluation of the skin lesion or treatment area
• confirmation of the medical or surgical indication
• final discussion regarding expectations and expected results
• validation of the safest and most appropriate treatment plan

No procedure can be scheduled without this first in-clinic consultation.

Treatment Plan

Following the consultation, a personalized treatment plan is provided.

It includes:

• details of the procedure (dermatological surgery or aesthetic treatment)
• pre-operative recommendations
• information about recovery and wound care
• scar management advice
• organization of your stay in France if needed

Anesthesia Consultation

For procedures requiring anesthesia beyond local anesthesia, a consultation with the anesthesiologist is mandatory and must take place no later than 2 days before the procedure.

Whenever possible, patients may meet both the surgeon and the anesthesiologist on the same day for greater convenience.

A video consultation with the anesthesiologist may also be arranged when appropriate.

Stay in France

A stay of approximately 7 to 10 days is usually required depending on the procedure.

This period allows for:

• the procedure
• immediate post-operative care
• wound monitoring
• the first follow-up consultation at the clinic

The first post-operative follow-up is usually scheduled around 10 days after the procedure.

+
Follow-up After Return

Follow-up continues remotely after you return to your home country.

Additional follow-up consultations are organized by video consultation at:

• 1 month
• 3 months
• 6 months
• 1 year

This ensures rigorous long-term monitoring of healing, scar evolution, and results.

Video consultations also allow us to answer your questions and ensure continuous medical support.
